Goal of the MC
To support existing ECCO’s who have already set up and running some businesses and ready for the next challenges of post development professionalising of the organisation into a stable and robust partner in the energy transition. That means a focus on the long term ECCO development plan with attention to staff building, intensified relation and joint cooperation with SME and governments, project development, large scale business set up and exploitation. By that the ECCO transforms from an experimental stage into full operation of business.

This masterclass is developed especially for experienced ECCO’s. LochemEnergie developed three other masterclasses for starting citizens initiatives towards creation and running an ECCO: 1. Emergence: First business development and choice for legal form 3. Development: Relationship with (local) governments 4. Post Development: Strategic ECCO development
