During this Master Class, we will support the Group to increase their knowledge and to sort their ideas. It will be interactive with the audience.
0- Historic of the current project of the group (by members of the group)
1- Definition of Legal Form (for France) : Strengths and weaknesses
=> Why it is important to breakdown the link between funding repartition and governance repartition
=> Use of pedagogical tool to build on a case study in groups of 4 people
2- Understand and identify the Key points in Legal Status
To be detailed depending on the group project
3- Identification of the Partners and of the relationship / the challenges between each other
=> What is the place of citizens and local members
=> Are the other partners legitime to hold shares in the projet? If yes, to which extend?
4- Methodology to define distribution key for the governance of the project
– examples from existing French projects
